In order to help you outline a poem commentary in the best way possible, I will demonstrate here the 3 basic structures of outlines used. You should choose which structure to use depending on the poem being analyzed and the most logical way to organize your response. Thus, after presenting these different outline structures I will exemplify in which cases it is better to use each one and how they should be used.
